Don't panic - yes there are 45 tips, but they are broken down in to groups of 15, my tip would be to pick one from each of the three lists to start with.

The key to any change, is to find a couple things which you can pick out and focus on each day, then come back to the list when they become a habit, and add a few more.

Modern life sees everything whiz by, allowing us to miss the beauty of our surroundings, care for ourselves, check in on ourselves once in a while,  or plan for some down time.

Above all else, if you don't take care of yourself, who else will? And by the same token, will you be 'fit' enough to care for those around you?
